Quilted Lovie Blanket, Plush Toy, Baby Quilt

In an effort to limit waste from my shop, this item is handmade from scraps used for other projects. It is made using a patchwork quilt approach with items of various textures such as minkey, flannel and faux fur. Between the top and bottom layers is a high quality, lightweight cotton batting that I also use for my larger quilted blankets - this adds a layer of plushness. It is topstitched around the edges and at the corner is a double-snap loop where you can attach a toy or binkie. There are also a few securely sewn-in loops which add to the texture and sensory appeal of the item.
